Ridgecrest™: Northern Peoria’s Newest 55+ Living
If you’ve been looking for a new active adult community for your next chapter, I’ve got some great news. Ridgecrest by Shea Homes is making its debut in Northern Peoria, Arizona, and it’s set to be the next big thing in active adult living. Here’s why Ridgecrest should be on your radar and why this new community is creating such a buzz right now.
Elevated Location in Northpointe
Ridgecrest™ by Shea Homes will be a Trilogy® Boutique Community™, meaning it will have only about 415 homes. It will be situated in the Northpointe area of Vistancia, which has some amazing mountain views due to the fact it is elevated. The vision for this community is for homeowners to be surrounded by nature, with serene walking trails right out their doorsteps, beautiful parks, and all the amenities you could want right within your community.
A Long-Awaited Addition
Ridgecrest is the first new 55+ community to be built in the West Valley since Victory in Verrado, which was started back in 2015 (and still building). Victory has been incredibly well received and has set a high standard for active adult living in the West Valley. The demand for quality 55+ communities has only grown since then, and Ridgecrest is stepping up to meet that need with style and innovation. Designs are still being fine-tuned for all the amenities, but they will have a Clubhouse complete with hospitality experts to provide homeowners with activities, wellness experiences, and activities similar to that of a resort. There will also be a restaurant, pickleball and tennis courts, a state-of-the-art fitness center, movement studio, and more.
