Welcome to West Phoenix Life: Your West Valley and Verrado Real Estate Connection
Hello, lovely readers! My name is Michelle Seymour, and I'm thrilled to welcome you to my blog, West Phoenix Life, your ultimate resource for all things West Valley and Verrado real estate related.
For the past decade, I've called Verrado, in Buckeye Arizona, my home. While I've been living here, I've had the opportunity to witness the magic of this community, from its steep railroad tie stairs to the picturesque golf courses, White Tank Mountains, and everything in between. For the most part, I've been an introvert, working from home, and enjoying the quiet charm of Verrado.
As an empty nester, I realized it was time to step out of my comfort zone and embark on a new adventure. With a 29-year background as a paralegal and a passion for research, I decided to combine my love for contracts and my knowledge of the area to pursue a career in real estate. It was a way to put myself out there while doing what I love - helping people find their dream homes and assisting sellers in showcasing their properties.
In my pursuit of connecting with those looking to make the West Valley and Verrado (in particular) their home, I started a YouTube channel called West Phoenix Life. Through this channel, I aim to not only provide valuable insights into the West Valley of Phoenix and of course my Verrado community but also assist buyers in finding their perfect properties and help sellers get their homes the attention they deserve.
As we journey together through this blog, I'll share my experiences, tips, and insights about the West Valley and my own community of Verrado, from its charming neighborhoods to include, Victory, its 55+ community, to its golf courses and the vibrant dining scene.
I invite you to join me on this exciting journey. Subscribe to West Phoenix Life for regular updates, and feel free to contact me with any questions or real estate needs you may have. Let's connect, explore, and make Arizona, the West Valley, or your Verrado dreams a reality.
Thank you for stopping by, and I look forward to sharing the beauty of the West Valley and Verrado with you!
